The equestrian photo shoot is perfect for those who appreciate a relaxed outdoor environment and prefer beautiful natural photos that are taken in your local area with your horse/pony.
Your equestrian photo session will take place at the location of your horse or a pre allocated local area where you may ride around the grounds, stopping at different key spots to make use of natural background features.
Each session should last between 1 and 2 hours maximum which includes time to get around different key areas of the venue. We will have other appointments before and after yours, so please bare this in mind. If you are late attending your session, you will have less time remaining as time can not be added to the end of your session.
The equestrian photo shoot is great opportunity to capture a variety of different natural styled photos, as well as different groupings, e.g. solo rider, solo horse, both together, riding, resting at a fence, etc. For models, key changes of clothing (jacket, shoes, hat, jumper, etc) and accessories will help to greatly vary the photos that are taken.
We use only pro grade equipment for the best possible results including top of the range Canon camera and L series lenses. A range of lenses will be used for different shots throughout the session. Including wide angle lens, mid telephoto lens and telephoto prime lens. Flash lights will not be required.
What's included?
The price charged is to cover the photographers time only. No high resolution images are included though you are given access to download low resolution images direct from the website at no additional cost. (suitable for social media etc) All prints are charged separately. A price list is available when browsing your photos in a private online gallery. You may give out access to your gallery to other family members at your own discretion. Due to privacy, we will NOT give out access on your behalf, only you can do this.
All printing is done via our Print Shop, based in Shotts. Prints start from just 40p each for premium 4x6 prints, cotton canvas prints start from just £16 each. A 3 for 2 offer is available on all canvas prints that are purchased at same time. Purchase 2, get a 3rd free. You may mix n match images and frame sizes.
Booking fee payable at time of booking and is non refundable/non transferable. All bookings are subject to weather. In the event of poor weather, we will make arrangements at the earliest opportunity to re-schedule your booking to a convenient date for you.
Where does it take place?
An equestrian photo shoot will normally take place in the area where the horse is stabled. This ensures the rider and horse are botrh comfortable within their familiar surroundings but if you have something else in mind then this is also possible providing it is suitable.
